Winter 2021
January – March
There will be a selection of walks available to you throughout the Winter.
You will need to book on each walk to join, as numbers are restricted to 15 walkers (not including the leaders)

The walks range from 10 to 30 minutes up to 90 minutes.
Walking is the perfect exercise at it places little stress upon your bones and joints but uses over 200 muscles within the body and can help develop and maintain fitness.
To assist you the walks are graded:
Grade 1: suitable for people who have not walked much before
Grade 2: suitable for people who are looking to increase their activity
Grade 3: for people looking for more challenging walks
