Our health walks take place almost every day right across the Borough. The walks range from 10 minutes right up to 150 minutes so there is bound to be one which suits you.
Walking is the perfect exercise as it places little stress upon bones and joints but uses over 200 muscles within the body and can help develop and maintain fitness.
Please arrive 15 mins early for your first walk as you will need to fill in a Registration Form.
